This page explains, in plain words, how WellAtlas handles the information you share through the forms on this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name and email, and, depending on the form, your travel goal, region, dates, budget band, the destination you ask about or the review you submit. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with the destinations in the guide without your permission.

Why we use it

To answer your request, send you a personal selection, deliver The WellAtlas Edit if you subscribe, and verify reviews before they shape the WellAtlas Score. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on each form.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to answer you, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object at any time by writing to hello@wellatlas.co. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Terms of use

WellAtlas is an independent guide. No destination pays to be included or scored. Information on each destination is researched in good faith; please confirm details with the destination before you book.
